Joint statement by Egypt, Qatar and Turkey against Israel

Egypt, Qatar and Turkey in a joint statement “strongly condemned” the recent Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and expressed their deep concern over the continued violations of the ceasefire in the Strip.

Egypt, Qatar and Turkey in a joint statement strongly condemned the recent Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the martyrdom of a new number of civilians.

The statement reads: “We are deeply concerned about the continued violations of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and emphasize that the escalation of Israeli attacks undermines regional and international efforts at this critical juncture.”

The three countries reiterated the need for Israel to adhere to all its obligations under the Gaza ceasefire agreement and to refrain from any action that may undermine the ceasefire or lead to an escalation of tensions.

The statement concluded: "We once again call on the international community and the Peace Council led by President Trump to monitor adherence to the ceasefire in Gaza." The Palestinian Ministry of Health also announced today that 10 more people have been martyred and 25 injured in the past 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
