Transcend the "Neither War, Nor Peace" Situation

Following the meeting with scientific and athletic medalists, a message was released. If the message to the nation’s elites served to outline the human capital and scientific capacity required for progress, then the directives issued to the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) establish a security shield and an executive framework to safeguard that very progress.

The Supreme Leader views a "Strong Iran" not merely as a slogan, but as an operational objective—one achievable only by transforming knowledge into industry and ideas into practical solutions. Yet, the crucial point is this: no scientific advancement or roadmap for elites can succeed in an environment where national security is precarious or where bureaucratic bottlenecks obstruct progress.

It is here that the link between the roadmap for elites and the directives to the Supreme National Security Council becomes significant. By calling upon the elites, the Supreme Leader has ignited the engine driving a "Strong Iran"; simultaneously, by leveraging the capabilities of the Supreme National Security Council—including mechanisms such as Article 176 of the Constitution—he is removing security and administrative obstacles from this path. If the elites are tasked with designing the architecture of a "Strong Iran," the Supreme National Security Council is charged with ensuring a secure, stable environment, free from bureaucratic entanglements, to facilitate the implementation of this vision.

Managing the Strait of Hormuz, stabilizing relations with neighbors, and moving beyond the state of "neither war, nor peace" are all essential prerequisites, allowing the nation’s elites to pursue their roadmap with confidence and tranquility.

A Comprehensive Strategy within the New World Order

Ultimately, this series of meetings and messages underscores the reality that Iran is currently pursuing a comprehensive strategy. A strategy in which the knowledge of the elite and the power of security management are brought together to achieve the ultimate goal: consolidating Iran’s position within the new global order—ensuring national security while sustainably enhancing national dignity in the face of external pressures, grounded in domestic capabilities and the expertise of the elite.

This meeting demonstrated that the country’s macro-level decision-making has moved beyond the stage of defining general principles and has entered the phase of designing specific instruments and operational tactics. The "Crossroads of Prudence," Article 176, the management of the Strait of Hormuz, and the emphasis on resolving uncertainty are all pieces of a single puzzle, intended to align security, the economy, politics, and culture along a unified, coordinated path.
