In Sura Insan, verse no.8 Allah Almighty said:

وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا

For the love of Him, they feed the needy, the orphan and the prisoner,

Shia and Sunni commentators narrate that these verses were revealed about Ali, Fatimah, Hasan, and Hussain, peace be upon them, because they fed the poor, orphans, and captives with their Iftar for three nights, and they themselves remained hungry, and God praised them with these verses. He said and did. You revealed this Surah for them, and this is the reason that this Surah was revealed in Madinah.
