The Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, in his annual message on the start of the new Persian year 1394 on solar hijri calendar; named it as the Year of Government and Nation; Solidarity and Harmony. According to IRIB World Service, citing IRNA, on Saturday, the Leader of Islamic Revolution, in the beginning of his important remarks, reminded that the start of this Persian year is concurrent with the anniversary of martyrdom of the Hazrat Fatemeh (SA), the beloved daughter of Prophet Mohammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny), while adding that the respect of Iranian nation for Prophet Mohammad’s Household (Peace be upon them), and the beloved daughter of the Prophet of Islam, Hazrat Fatemeh (SA) maintains a number of necessities which everyone should comply with and will certainly do so.
The Leader of Islamic Revolution went on to hope that the auspicious name of Hazrat Fatemeh (SA) and remembrance of the infallible and beloved daughter of Prophet of Islam would place a deep and ever-lasting influence on the lives of people in the year 1394.
In further remarks, the Leader of Islamic Revolution mentioned the Iranian nation’s resounding accomplishments in the last Persian year, which was named as the Year of National Resolve and Jihadi Management, while adding that last Persian year was filled with challenges in the domestic and global scenes, and was in fact named as the Year of National Resolve and Jihadi Management with due regards to these challenges.
The Leader pointed out that meanwhile the Iranian nation showed their unflinching determination in tolerating problems, while also manifesting their indomitable resolve by their massive participation in the demonstrations marking International Quds Day; the anniversary of victory of Iran’s Islamic Revolution on 22nd of Iranian month of Bahman, concurrent with February 1; and ceremonies marking the day of Ashura, the 40th day after the anniversary of martyrdom of the Third Infallible Heir of Prophet Mohammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny), Imam Hussein (Peace be upon him).
The Leader of Islamic Revolution also underlined that Jihadi management was evident last year, while adding that the mottos of the last Persian year are not solely for that particular year, and in fact the national resolve and Jihadi management are needed in all phases of life in coming years.
Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei reminded that we have many aspirations for the Iranian nation in the new year, including economic growth; regional and international might and resolve; major scientific accomplishments; judicial and economic justice; faith and spirituality.
The Leader of Islamic Revolution pinpointed that given the high capacity of Iranian people, all of these aspirations are accessible, and are conditioned on the amicable cooperation of the Iranian nation and government.
The Leader also underscored that the further the cooperation of the government and nation, the better the progress of Islamic Iran.
The Leader also expressed hope that the Iranian government and nation would be able to fulfill this motto in the real essence of the word, and to observe the related results and outcomes.
