Sunni cleric hails Islamic solidarity in Iran

Abdul Razaq Akhound Rahbar, Sunni prayer leader of Aq Qala County in the Iranian Province of Golestan, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency on the sideline of the 29th Islamic Unity Conference, counted the highlights of the event demanding for participation of different prominent figures from different countries and Iranian cities.
 
He referred to the importance of the annual conference in the world of Islam and said, ”Meeting of the participants with the Supreme Leader, familiarization of the Muslim scholars with other cultures and also discussing the solution for current issues including the enemies of Islamic unity naming Daesh and Al Qaeda are the highlights of the conference.”
 
Akhound Rahbar proposed scholars and Muftis in different cities to know the influential figures and prominent elites in their cities or countries and propose a list for the future conferences.
