The Leader of the Islamic Revolution's International Affairs Advisor said today that the western regimes cannot dictate their agenda to Muslims through their media horns and release of statements.

According to Fars News Agency, on the sidelines of the Conference of Muslim Professors and the Islamic Awakening, Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati added that world Muslims do not pay attention to the so-called advices blared by western regime, since they have experienced the catastrophic consequences of western culture over the past two centuries and very well know that the West propagates its culture in order to exploit them.

Reiterating that the Islamic Awakening cannot be stopped by the exhorting and statements of western regimes, Velayati, who is Secretary General of the World Council of Islamic Awakening, said Islamic countries are at the beginning of their path and have great future ahead.

On the reasons for holding the Conference of Muslim Professors and the Islamic Awakening, the former Iranian foreign minister, who served for 4 consecutive terms lasting 16 years, said there is no possibility of guiding the Islamic Awakening toward its goals and objectives without such meetings or exchange of views among the elites and think tanks of the world of Islam.
