During the meeting, Sayyed Ali warned against the foreign interference in Egypt after its latest revolution, stressing that the Egyptian people should start making their own decisions in what best serves their country.

The Islamic Revolution Leader referred that Egypt represents a very important issue, noting that ten years of US and Zionist power and humiliation policy practiced in Egypt against its people, were the main reasons to trigger the Egyptian uprising.

His Eminence noted, "Common political and military means will lose their efficiency. The Egyptian people are currently present in the scene", adding that the Egyptian represent a Muslim nation with strong Islamic motivations.

Furthermore, the Leader stressed on the importance of strengthening the unity between Muslim nations, further warning them from falling into the hands of foreign powers that aim at causing discord.

"If the Muslim world becomes acquainted with its high capacities and capabilities, conditions will drastically change and the Muslim world can play a role in international developments as an influential power", Ayatollah Khamenei affirmed.

Sayyed Ali pointed out that the West has always played a role in humiliating the Muslim world, stating that each Muslim government and nation, which intends to move against this humiliation, will be faced by the West's opposition.

On another hand, Sayyed Ali Khamenei said that Iran and Turkey have similar stances when it comes to regional issues, especially regarding Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine.
