A political analyst, Joe Carton, has noted that the Zionist regime’s ruthless crimes are a reminder of this regime’s horrendous crimes in Negev Desert.

According to IRIB World Service, Carton, in an interview with Press TV on Friday, mentioned the horrific crimes committed by the usurper Israeli regime in Gaza, noting that the crimes that are committed these days in the region are a reminder of the mass slaughter of people of Palestine in Negev Desert in the year 1948; throughout which the Zionist troops fired shots and martyred scores of defenseless and innocent Palestinians.

In further remarks, this political analyst said in this round of its attacks, the Zionist regime has agreed with short-term ceasefires to take advantage of the opportunity which has been raised for reinforcement of its troops for another offensive on Gaza.

He went on to point out that nonetheless Zionist regime ringleaders refused to be committed to ceasefire, and resumed the massacre of Palestinian population of Gaza prior to the end of last ceasefire’s deadline.

This political analyst also reminded that Palestine resistance groups have emphasized they will agree with a ceasefire upon the lift of siege of Gaza.
