According to Press TV, The Wednesday cabinet rejig includes Amr el-Garhy as finance minister, Dalia Khorshid as investment minister, Mohamed Hossam Abdelrahim for the Ministry of Justice, Galal Saeed for the Ministry of Transportation, and Sherif Fathy Attia as the minister of civil aviation.
Mohamed Abdel Aaty was sworn in at the helm of the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources, Khaled el-Anany for the Ministry of Antiquities, Mohamed Saafan for the Ministry of Labor, and Mohamed Yehia Rashed for the Ministry of Tourism.
During the cabinet meeting, the new Ministry of Public Sector Affairs was installed, where Ashraf Qadri al-Sharqawi was appointed as the minister.
There has been no official report on the reason for the rearrangement, but the reshuffle is said to reflect Egypt’s issues in its various sectors.
