This great virtue attracts the most attention among the countless virtues that have been narrated for the Mujahideen in the way of God. These words, with their common meaning - not divine and mystical secrets that we are short of - undoubtedly, the speech and writing of ordinary humans are unable to express them. This divine medal shines on the arms of the Mujahideen, like the sun in the presence of the owners of the unseen and heavenly secrets. Is this not the appearance of the same creation that honored Abraham, the Khalil al-Rahman? And is it not a spark of the position of the beloved of God that shines in the desert of the best of beings? And is it not the descent of the position of the guardian of God from the Commander of the Faithful to the Seal of the Awliya, who has been granted the status of those Awliya Allah? If it exists - and it does exist - with what expression can we get around it, and with what human eyes can we see this appearance? So it would be better for me to end my life by offering “Peace be upon you, especially the friends of Allah.”[2] And this great honor is for the Mujahideen in the way of Allah, whether they become martyrs or victors or not. And for the martyrs, there are other indescribable virtues, and for the dear victors, a separate virtue. Victors like these exciting dear ones, from the dear commanders of the IRGC and the army to other Mujahideen, to other fighters and Mujahideen in the field of defense and the vanguards of the Basij and the Committee and the Gendarmerie and the City Police, the brave and courageous popular and tribal forces who played a fundamental role in breaking the siege of Abadan to breaking the strong fortress of Khorramshahr to the great conquest of Muharram, and in the form of an oppressive opponent - who was equipped to the teeth with weapons from the United States, the Soviet Union and other powers and enjoyed financial and military support from the reactionaries of the region - they slapped us so hard that the stigma of its disgrace will remain on the Saddam Hussein front in history. The great powers and Saddam's supporters should have understood by now that military power and modern weapons can never confront the revolutionary and sacred anger of the nations.

With the excuse of guilt, I congratulate the commanders of the army and the IRGC and all the commanders of the military and security forces and all their comrades who earned pride in their own arena with their heroic defense of Islam and the country for Islam, Muslims and dear compatriots. I extend my endless mercy to the noble and free martyrs and the Islamic homeland who have achieved eternal happiness, and I wish eternal happiness, beautiful patience and a great reward to their mothers, fathers, wives and other relatives and survivors. Peace be upon the soldiers and army of Islamic Iran. Peace be upon their respected commanders. Peace be upon all the mujahideen and fighters on the path to the goal. May the commanders and fighters of the gendarmerie, the police, the committee, the Basij and the popular and tribal forces be victorious. May the glorious flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran be raised high. May blessings and peace be upon the great supporter of the oppressed of the world, the Holy Prophet, the one who redeems our souls.
