On the eve of the 38th Golrizan Celebration of the National Blood Money Committee, Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, allocated 40 billion rials for this pious cause.

The Golrizan Celebration is held every year during the holy month of Ramadan, under the auspices of the People’s Committee for Handling Blood Money Matters and Helping Needy Prisoners, with the presence of a group of officials and benefactors in Tehran and various cities across the country.
