Ebrahim al-Moussawi, head of the Lebanese Hezbollah media team and member of the Loyalty to the Resistance faction, today sharply criticized the passive and treacherous stance of the Lebanese government against the aggressions and occupations of the Zionist enemy, declaring: The Lebanese authorities bear a heavy responsibility today, because they have turned their backs on southern Lebanon and its people, as if there was no aggression from Israel.

Ibrahim al-Moussawi added: This is the same government that claimed that it would only enter into negotiations with the Zionist regime to liberate all of Lebanon and stop its aggressions, and that its American allies would help it in this regard.

He emphasized: But unfortunately, the biggest battle that the Lebanese government has entered into today is a battle against the patriotic and free citizens of Lebanon. We ask the Lebanese government why it has adopted such hostile positions against Iran and prevented Iranian planes from landing at Beirut International Airport?

The Hezbollah official said that the Lebanese government’s actions are a disgrace, and we tell it that the disrespect for the Shiite community, a community of Mujahideen, resistance fighters, heroes and victors, is enough. It is true that we have suffered blows and losses, but anyone who thinks that we will retreat from our will and position is delusional.

The Lebanese parliamentarian went on to call on the country’s authorities to reconsider their position and remember the commitments they made to the Lebanese and stop scheming and conspiring, because this situation cannot continue any longer.

Ibrahim al-Moussawi said that despite all the killings and destruction they have left in Lebanon, the Zionists have not been able to impose their equation. The Zionists’ victory will come when we surrender and stop resisting, but this will never happen, and the victory of the resistance and the defeat of the enemies is close, with God’s help.
