The Messenger of God's order to be present in the city of Medina.
Perhaps it can be claimed that the Battle of the Trench (Ahzab) was the most difficult battle for the Muslims in terms of spiritual and psychological atmosphere, as God says in Surah Al-Ahzab:
[Remember] when they attacked you from above and below [your city], and when eyes were blinded and souls were at a loss, and you were thinking various thoughts about God. (Surah Al-Ahzab, verse 10)
The story began when the defeated Jews of Banu Qaynuqa' and Banu Nadir incited the Quraysh to fight the Muslims. With temptation, lies, and financial support from Quraysh and the Bedouin tribes around Medina, they were able to gather an army of 10,000 men, an army that had not been seen in the Arabian Peninsula until that day.
You must have heard and read that the Muslims used the Iranian tactic of Mr. Salman Mohammadi and dug a trench in front of the Ahzab army.
With the deceit and insistence of one of the Jews expelled from Medina (Huyay ibn Akhtab), they convinced the Jews of Banu Qurayza to break the pact with the Prophet.
When the news of the Jews of Banu Qurayza breaking the pact spread in Medina, it created a wave of concern and anxiety among the Muslims because on the one hand they had to fight the Ahzab army, on the other hand they were on the side of the Jews who broke the pact inside Medina, and this increased the possibility of a street fight.
The Prophet's strategy:
First, he sent prominent people to remind the Jews of the pact, but they disrespected and insulted the Messenger of God. When Saad ibn Mu'adh returned from the conversation and informed the news of the breach of the pact, the Muslims were terrified, but at the same time the Messenger of God promised the people help and victory.
The Prophet's strategy against the Jews was very important, and the Prophet ordered his companions to patrol the streets of Medina day and night, chanting Takbir, and to make the space safe for Muslims and unsafe for Jews.
The round-the-clock presence of armed Muslims in the city, especially the Jewish quarter and guarding the trench, was to the extent that some companions did not sleep for several days. So the promise of the Messenger of God came true and he extended his victory to the Muslims.
The important point in this text was the round-the-clock presence of Muslims in the neighborhoods and streets of Medina, in such a way that they took the space away from the treacherous Jews inside the city. It is narrated that one of the Jews intended to plot and sabotage, which Safiya (the Prophet's aunt) informed him of.
Our situation is not unlike a war of factions. Some are busy fighting on the front lines, and some must ensure the security of the city and neighborhoods. Inspection patrols and the presence of people in the streets at night are actually the same strategy.
God willing, just as after 20 days, the army of the parties was defeated and fled, America and the Zionists will soon break their backs, and then we and those who endangered the security of society will do what the Prophet did with the Jews of Banu Qurayza.
