IRGC seizes Israeli ship, second vessel for violations in Strait of Hormuz
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy says it has intercepted and transferred to Iranian territorial waters two vessels for having committed violations in the Strait of Hormuz.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the IRGC identified the vessels as the MSC-Francesca, which it said belongs to the Israeli regime, and the Epaminodes.
The vessels, it said, were operating without authorization, committing repeated violations, tampering with navigation aid systems, and endangering maritime security in an attempt to exit the strait covertly.
"With the intelligence dominance of the forces, these vessels were identified and stopped in order to uphold the rights of the noble Iranian nation in the Strait of Hormuz," the IRGC Navy said.
It added that the vessels have now been transferred to Iranian territorial waters for inspection of their cargo and documents.
The IRGC Navy reiterated that any attempt to disrupt the implementation of laws announced by Iran for transit through the Strait of Hormuz, or any activity inconsistent with safe passage through this strategic waterway, will be continuously monitored and met with decisive and legal action against violators.

IRGC says ready to create ‘shocking events’ beyond enemy’s comprehension on battlefield
In a statement marking the anniversary of the IRGC’s establishment on Wednesday, the organization emphasized that its multiple forces and the popular Basij “are ready to create achievements and shocking events far beyond the comprehension and calculation of the warmongering and treacherous enemy, utilizing new cards on the battlefield.”
The statement said that IRGC is at the peak of readiness and determination to continue the battle against the enemies and is “ready for decisive, certain, and immediate confrontation with any threat or repetition of enemy aggression.”
“In a new round of possible military battle, we will inflict crushing blows beyond the enemy’s imagination on their remaining assets in the region,” the IRGC said.
The United States and Israel launched an unprovoked war on Iran on February 28, assassinating the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and striking nuclear sites, schools, hospitals and a synagogue in Tehran.
Iran’s armed forces responded with 100 waves of retaliatory strikes under Operation True Promise 4, launching hundreds of ballistic and hypersonic missiles, as well as drones, against American military bases across West Asia and Israeli positions throughout the occupied territories.
A two-week ceasefire, brokered by Pakistan, is currently in place, though tensions remain high over US threats of a naval blockade and Iran’s firm control over the Strait of Hormuz.
Regarding the recent combined missile and drone operation, the IRGC stated the 100-wave system of combined missile and drone operations “inflicted fatal and devastating blows to their infrastructure, strategic centers, and support capabilities.”
This led to a “cognitive vacuum” for the aggressive and invading front on the battlefield, and subsequently to miscalculations and their pleading for a ceasefire from mighty and proud Iran, it added.
“Today, with the collapse of the hollow prestige of the military power of the United States and the Zionist regime, we are on the verge of entering a new regional order in West Asia — without the presence of foreign and arrogant powers, especially America — and creating a stable and secure environment,” it added.

One enemy misstep after truce, we strike where you say: IRGC commander to people
If the enemy oversteps and commits any act of aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran after the ceasefire, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) will target wherever the people want them to, the IRGC aerospace commander said on Tuesday.
Brigadier General Seyyed Majid Mousavi made the remarks in a message addressed to the people of Iran who have filled the streets and city squares for over 50 days in support of the armed forces during the third imposed war.
The IRGC aerospace commander expressed deep gratitude to the Iranian people for maintaining their presence on the streets throughout this period.
"Your children stood by the missile launchers for forty nights and days, exposing the arrogance of the global powers. And during the period of military silence (ceasefire), they remained vigilant, hands on the trigger, ready to defend this ancient land and its millennia-old civilization," he said in the message that was played in all city squares.
He assured people that the IRGC forces are fully ready to defend the country from any potential aggression from the enemy.
Iran knows how to confront restrictions, stand up to bullying: Araghchi
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says Iran knows well how to confront restrictions and defend itself, following the US seizure of an Iranian commercial vessel in the Sea of Oman.
In a post on his X account on Tuesday, Araghchi said that the blockade of Iranian ports is an act of war and therefore a violation of the ceasefire.
“Attacking a commercial vessel and taking its crew hostage is an even greater violation,” he added.
He reiterated that the country “knows very well how to confront restrictions, how to defend its interests, and how to stand up against bullying.”
His remarks came after the United States carried out an attack on an Iranian merchant vessel in the waters of the Sea of Oman, deploying its forces onto the ship’s deck and disabling its navigation systems in a blatant act of piracy in international waters.
In an immediate response, Iranian forces struck back, targeting several American military vessels in the area with drone attacks.
According to Iran’s military, the armed forces of the Islamic Republic were ready to deal decisively with the American aggressor forces.
However, due to the presence of several family members of the ship’s crew — whose lives and safety were at constant risk — they exercised restraint, it said.
It added that as soon as the safety of the families and crew of the vessel was assured, Iran’s powerful armed forces would take the necessary action against the American forces.
On Tuesday, Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also condemned the US aggression against the Iranian commercial vessel and the taking of its crew and their families as hostage, warning of “very dangerous consequences.”

Trump's lie about "8 women on the verge of execution in Iran"
A few hour ago, Trump, in his latest message on social media, reposted a post by an American-Jewish Zionist activist who claimed that Iran was ready to execute 8 women and wrote: "To the leaders of Iran who will soon be negotiating with my representatives: I would be very grateful for the release of these women. I am sure they will respect the fact that you did this. Please do not harm them. This will be a great start to our negotiations."
Following Trump's new claim, the cases of these 8 women were followed up in the judicial system.
A detailed examination of these individuals' cases shows that a number of them have been released, some are facing charges that, if confirmed by the court, will ultimately result in imprisonment, and finally, none of these individuals have a definitive sentence that would require them to face execution.
Investigations show that, regarding one of these individuals, some time ago, the anti-revolutionary media had claimed that he had disappeared during the unrest in Tehran; a claim that the same media later removed from their output.
In recent months, many false claims have been published in the anti-Iranian media regarding the issuance of death sentences for various individuals, but the fact that the US President has repeatedly fallen for these false claims once again proves his contradictions and lies.
US-linked ships in the Persian Gulf in the crosshairs of Iranian seizure
In recent days, the US military has seized a container ship and an oil tanker from the Iranian-linked fleet in a plan known as a naval blockade.
Immediately after the seizure of the Iranian container ship, the Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters announced retaliatory action.
Now, analysts believe that Iran should seize the equivalent of the cargo and value of the ship itself from the US-linked assets that are available after each seizure of a ship by the US.
On this basis, the seizure of US-linked ships that have been stopped before the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf and their transfer to Iranian ports could be one of the assets that could be seized in exchange for the seizure of Iranian ships.
Under this plan, for every ship the US seizes from Iran, Iran will also seize assets related to the US in proportion to the ship's seizure, but this is not a one-to-one correspondence, and it is possible that the US will seize two or more ships from Iran, depending on the value of the cargo.
It should be noted that more than 400 vessels are currently stationed in the Persian Gulf.
CNN: US faces missile shortage in another war
The US military has used up at least 45% of its stock of precision-guided missiles (PrSM) in the war with Iran.
At least 50% of the THAAD missiles, which are designed to intercept ballistic missiles, have been used.
Nearly 50% of the Patriot air defense missile stockpile has been depleted.
Nearly 30% of the Tomahawk cruise missile stockpile has been depleted.
More than 20% of the JASSM stockpile has been used.
Nearly 20% of the SM-3 and SM-6 missiles have also been fired.
Experts told CNN that even with increased production capacity, it will take 3 to 5 years to replace these systems.
Iran Armed Forces don't let 'lying, delusional' Trump skew battlefield realities: Top military command
Iran's highest operational command unit says the Islamic Republic's Armed Forces enjoy the upper hand in the face of the adversaries, and, therefore, do not let US President Donald Trump misrepresent the conditions governing the battlefield.
Major General Ali Abdollahi, commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, which is responsible for coordinating operations between the country's Army and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), made the remarks in a statement on Tuesday.
"Holding the upper hand, the Armed Forces do not allow the lying and delusional president of the United States to exploit the situation or fabricate false narratives about conditions on the ground, particularly regarding the management and control of the Strait of Hormuz, during periods of silence in military confrontation," he said.
Qalibaf: No talks under threat, Iran prepared to reveal new cards on the battlefield
Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf has said that Tehran will not accept negotiations with Washington under the shadow of threats.
In a post on his X handle early on Tuesday, Qalibaf denounced US President Donald Trump for acting on a delusion.
His remarks came in response to continued US ceasefire violations of the ceasefire deal reached two weeks ago, including a naval blockade and an attack on an Iranian merchant vessel in the Sea of Oman on Sunday.
"Trump, by imposing a blockade and violating the ceasefire, wants – in his own delusion – to turn the negotiating table into a table of surrender or to justify renewed warmongering," the top lawmaker and lead negotiator said.
Qalibaf made it clear that pressure tactics will not yield results at the negotiating table.
"We do not accept negotiations under the shadow of threats," he said. "Over the past two weeks, we have prepared ourselves to reveal new cards on the battlefield."
The remarks came as the next round of talks between Tehran and Washington were shrouded in uncertainty following renewed American aggression at sea, after the US Navy violated the ceasefire by targeting an Iranian merchant vessel in the Sea of Oman.
The Iranian military described the incident as a breach of maritime conduct and reiterated that its response posture remains active, while stressing confidence in national capabilities.
Earlier on Monday, President Masoud Pezeshkian rejected US threats as pressure tactics, saying Iran will not submit to coercion, even as Washington continued to float military and diplomatic ultimatums.
According to reports in US media, the American delegation was scheduled to fly to Islamabad on Tuesday for the next round of talks with the Iranian delegation.
“We’re offering a very fair and reasonable deal, and I hope they take it because, if they don’t, the United States is going to knock out every single power plant, and every single bridge, in Iran,” Trump wrote on his social media pages.
His war rhetoric coincided with the US military resorting to more banditry and piracy at sea, targeting Iranian merchant vessels in blatant breach of the ceasefire.
The spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters on Monday condemned the criminal operation by the US Navy, saying it violated the ceasefire and committed maritime piracy by firing at an Iranian merchant ship in the waters of the Sea of Oman.
Esmail Baghaei, spokesperson for the Iranian foreign ministry, said at his weekly presser on Monday that the US was not serious about negotiations with Iran, warning that Washington will face Tehran's decisive retaliation if it repeats its past mistakes against the country.
According to reports, Pakistani army chief Asim Munir told Trump that the continued US naval blockade of Iranian ports was hampering Islamabad's efforts to mediate a second round of negotiations aimed at permanently ending the US-Israeli aggression against Iran.
The war of aggression was launched on February 28 with the assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, top military commanders, and ordinary civilians, including nearly 170 schoolchildren in southern Iran's Minab city.
After 40 days of aggression, the US agreed to Iran's ten-point proposal, which paved the way for trilateral talks between Iran and the US under Pakistani mediation in Islamabad.
On Friday, after the ceasefire came into effect in Lebanon, Iran agreed to open the Strait of Hormuz to commercial vessels while maintaining overall control of the strategic waterway.
However, the US maintained its so-called "naval blockade" in breach of the deal, forcing Iran to again close the chokepoint to all traffic on Sunday.

Spokesperson for the Central Headquarters of the khatamol Anbia:
After ensuring the safety of the families and crew of the ship attacked by the US, the armed forces will take the necessary action against the terrorist army of the US
After the apparent aggression of the terrorist commandos of the US against the Iranian merchant ship in the waters of the Sea of Oman, the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran were ready to deal decisively with the aggressor American forces. However, due to the presence of some of the families of the crew of the aforementioned ship, they faced restrictions in order to protect their lives and security, who were in danger at every moment.
Considering the current conditions, after ensuring the safety of the families and crew of the ship attacked by the US, the powerful armed forces of Islamic Iran will take the necessary action against the terrorist army of the US.
